With portfolio officially finished, I can concentrate on more artwork and updating this blog. Here’s a sketch from my interpretive life drawing class from December 14th, ‘07. Conte on newsprint. Ron is a great model. Enjoy.

A Little Variety

Some quick 20 minute painting studies from class today. Two more 20 min. studies from last week. All painting studies are done with acrylic paint on 11″ x 14″ canvas board. I also doodled in Philosophy of Religion (sketched my prof). The last doodle is of a great artist that spoke at my business lecture this afternoon. Her name is Barbara Klunder and she’s a Canadian artist currently residing in Toronto. She’s basically done it all - and she’s still inspired. Please take a look at her site.

I’ve been very busy all week but here’s something I drew tonight on a much needed break. Harley Quinn has always been a favourite villainess of mine. Staedtler water colour pencils, MICRON ink and Winsor & Newton Cotman water colours. Enjoy.

Just a few drawings from extra life tonight. Ranging from 30 seconds to five minutes. Also, a quick sketch of my Interpretive Drawing prof from class. And one of his many sayings. Enjoy.

So much for not updating!

dscn7844.JPGWent to extra life tonight. My favourite drawing of the night and I can’t use it in my portfolio (no feet and no hands). Oh well, enjoy.

Oh, February.

Just a quick note:  I’m not sure how frequently my blog will be updated this month.  Portfolio has temporarily taken over my life.  So until February 28, the only posts you’ll see are ones of procrastination.  Hmm, in that case, there could be more posts than originally thought.

What Do You Want From Me?

One 20 minute study. Which I like and dislike. This is a style - don’t tell me otherwise.
